help i am falling apart

i have 9000 dollars in debt and they are trying to take me to court to collect i am very ill and i am trying to stay working to pay off my bills please can someone shed some light on my situation my doctors bills are out of sight and i am afraid i will be living in the street soon because of it the medicaid and social security system has failed me
